The UK is completely independent from the general European (Schengen) visa policy. It is subject to the Standard Visitor Visa procedure specially prepared for the UK.
The visa periods to be issued (6 months, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years) are standard and vary depending on the Consular fee type paid by the person. 31 Aralık 2024 itibarıyla İngiltere fiziki Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) kartlarını tamamen iptal ederek dijital eVisa sistemine geçiş yaptı. Artık İngiltere'ye giriş yaparken, ev kiralarken veya işe girerken plastik bir kart göstermeyeceksiniz.
