Dear Customer. Anyone visiting our site and performing transactions is deemed to have accepted the following terms.

The applicant accepts and approves in advance to provide all personal data to E-Kolay Vize voluntarily for the purpose of making, processing, transmitting to the consulate, and sharing the visa application process with the consulate. If there is a request for additional documents by the consulate, E-Kolay Vize may request these documents from the applicant on behalf of the Consulate. The applicant accepts that they are aware of this.

In all appointment procedures to be made through E-Kolay Vize, applicants are obliged to provide complete and accurate information. The applicant providing incomplete or incorrect information is responsible for the negative consequences that may arise later in appointments made with incorrect or incomplete information, the late processing/inability to process the visa or its rejection. No responsibility can be attributed to E-Kolay Vize in such outcomes.

The applicant undertakes the accuracy of the information in the application form and all relevant documents in advance and accepts in advance that they cannot attribute any responsibility to E-Kolay Vize due to a visa application resulting negatively due to any deficiency, inaccuracy or invalidity in this information.

The visa fee paid for the visa application procedures and E-Kolay Vize service fees (in evaluations resulting negatively by the consulate due to delay, rejection by the consulate or missing documents) cannot be refunded to the applicant in any way.

If the visa application is rejected by the consulate, the applicant can appeal this decision within 8 days following the day they were notified. The applicant accepts in advance that appeals exceeding 8 days from the day after the rejection decision conveyed to them will not be processed by the consulate.
