New Era in European Travel: EES (Entry-Exit System) Begins!
Dear Guests,
A radical change is taking place in travel rules across the European Union. With the newly introduced Entry-Exit System (EES), the physical passport stamp application when traveling to Europe is coming to an end.
What awaits you in this new era?
- Entry and exits to the Schengen area will be tracked entirely with digital systems.
- Biometric data such as fingerprints and facial recognition will be used instead of a passport stamp.
- Biometric data registration will be mandatory upon first entry into the system.
Important Warning: It is anticipated that there may be serious queues at the airports due to the transaction intensity brought by the new system. In order not to experience any disruption in your travels, we strongly advise you to be present at the airport at least 4 hours before your flight.

New Application in US Visa Applications
New Application
According to the new announcement of the US Department of State; everyone, including applicants under 14 and over 79, will have to attend the interview in person.
As of August 15, 2025, the US Embassy in Ankara and the US Consulate in Istanbul will not accept visa interview waiver program applications from the following applicants:
- • First-time applicants under 14 and over 79
- • All visa applicants other than B1/B2 visa
- • All applicants whose previous visa was issued before the age of 18
- • All applicants whose previous visa was issued without full validity
If you are planning to apply for a visa for your child, we recommend that you apply by September 2, 2025 at the latest before the new regulation comes into effect.

Who can benefit from the interview waiver according to the new update:
Those applying in the same visa category within 12 months after the expiration of their B1/B2 visa
Important Announcement in Appointment Processes
Due to the difficulty of appointment processes and the problems experienced with appointment holders after the appointments are made, payment will now be requested when starting the appointment tracking.
Disruption in Schengen Visa Appointments
The supply and demand relationship in Schengen visa appointments has completely deteriorated. The understood situation is this; Consulates seem to be making an effort to make getting an appointment even more difficult with technical problems such as non-working websites, unsent OTPs (one-time passwords) or confirmation e-mails to the intermediary institutions they offer a certain quota to, as if with an additional instruction.
We are pleased to serve you with all our strength with our team. Despite the systemic malfunctions that are not dependent on us, we continue our appointment and application procedures. We continue to get your appointments and submit your applications with superhuman effort, but we wanted to inform you about the delays experienced regarding appointments.
Unfortunately, the situation is that you should plan your travels at least 5-6 months in advance. You can think of it as talking about the New Year periods right now. You can contact our expert team for your visa applications and other issues.
