1. Identity of the Data Controller

As E-Kolay Vize Consultancy ("Company" or "E-Kolay Vize"), we attach great importance to the processing, protection and ensuring the security of the personal data of our customers, employees and people who visit our website ("Visitor") in accordance with the relevant legislation, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Within the scope of carrying out visa consultancy services, your personal data such as name, surname, contact information, passport information, financial information and SGK information are processed for the purposes of:

• Carrying out visa application processes before the relevant consulate/embassy,
• Booking appointment dates,
• Making flight and hotel reservations,
• Ensuring customer communication,
• Fulfilling legal and administrative obligations.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Data Can Be Transferred

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, the personal data we collect can be transferred only for the performance of the services specified above and to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation to:

• Consulates, embassies and authorized visa application centers (VFS Global, iDATA, TLScontact, Kosmos, etc.) where the application will be made,
• Relevant reservation companies for your flight and accommodation procedures,
• Authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of the performance of the contract between the parties and legal processes.

4. Cookie Usage and Policy

We use cookies on our website (e-kolayvize.com) in order to provide you with a better, faster and safer experience. Cookies are small text files saved on your device through your browser when you visit our website.

• Mandatory Cookies: They are essential for the proper functioning of the basic functions of our website. If these cookies are not used, some parts of our site may not work as expected. (For example, keeping your KVKK approval preference in your browser).

• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.
