Cancellation, Refund and Right of Withdrawal

1. General Information

• If you purchase products or services from the E-Kolay Vize website (e-kolayvize.com), you are deemed to have read and accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales/service contract presented to you by E-Kolay Vize Consultancy.
• The established sales/service contract is subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts and other applicable laws.
• E-Kolay Vize Consultancy aims to ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that you, our valued customers in the capacity of buyer, have information on important legal issues and by clearly informing you of your rights and obligations arising from electronic contracts.

2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• The purchased service/product is offered completely and in accordance with the pre-specified qualifications. The performance process will start with the purchase of the service. In this context, buyers can only terminate the contract if the service has not started to be provided. If E-Kolay Vize Consultancy starts the procedures for the buyer, it is accepted that the service has started to be provided and in this context, cancellation or refund cannot be requested.
• E-Kolay Vize Consultancy undertakes that it does not guarantee success, that the probability of success depends on the person's own characteristics and the initiative of the relevant consulate/embassy, that the buyer only made the application procedures properly and that it can only be held responsible if the application is made incorrectly due to reasons arising from our company.
• If the provision of the purchased service becomes impossible, E-Kolay Vize Consultancy must inform the buyer in writing or through communication channels within 3 (three) working days at the latest after learning about this situation. Subsequently, the fee paid is refunded to the buyer within legal periods.
• If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased service/product or cancels it in the bank records, E-Kolay Vize Consultancy's obligation to fulfill the service ends. If the buyer has performed these transactions authorizedly or unauthorizedly after the service is provided, our company reserves the right to request the contract price.
• If force majeure occurs that our company cannot foresee and the service cannot be provided in time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order or the postponement of the service until the obstacle disappears. If the buyer cancels the order; the paid fee is refunded to the buyer within the framework of standard return procedures.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

• The buyer can use the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the service purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase without undertaking any legal and criminal liability and without giving any reason. However, in services performed instantly such as online visa consultancy or services whose performance started with the approval of the consumer (making an appointment, checking documents, filling out application forms, etc.), the right of withdrawal cannot be used in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• Considering that the visa application consultancy services provided by E-Kolay Vize Consultancy are services that constitute an exception to the right of withdrawal, the buyer will only be able to use the right of withdrawal on the condition that they have never benefited from these services (before starting the process). A right of withdrawal request cannot be made in cases where the process has started.
