Stage 01
IRCC PORTAL & GCKEY PROCESS
Your application is started by us entirely online through the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) system, with a secure GCKey account.
Stage 02
LETTER OF INTENT AND TRANSLATIONS
Since there is no interview, you do not have the opportunity to meet face-to-face. A professional 'Cover Letter' explaining your excuse (in English/French) and document translations are prepared.
Stage 03
BIOMETRICS (FINGERPRINT) APPOINTMENT
After paying the fees in the IRCC system (Visa: 100 CAD + Biometrics: 85 CAD = 185 CAD), you are directed to VFS Global with the Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) given.
Stage 04
PASSPORT TRANSMISSION
After the Canadian Embassy makes its online decision, your passport is sent to the Embassy by physical courier via VFS Global to have the visa approval stamp affixed.
What You Need
