Before Visa Application

Required Documents

→ Letter of intent addressed to the relevant Consulate (You can reach templates from our Visa Petition Examples page)
→ Leave letter written on letterhead to the consulate, clearly stating the travel dates and position in the institution, with wet signature and stamp from the institution (English Leave Letter (NOC) Example)
→ Last 3 months payroll obtained from the institution, stamped and wet signed
→ Circular of signature
→ Certificate of activity (Must be written in English and dated up to date)
→ Tax plate (must belong to the current year)
→ Trade registry gazette
→ ID photocopy
→ Original passport with at least 6 months validity upon return from travel
→ 2 biometric photos 3.5 - 4.5 cm (Must have been taken within the last 6 months)
→ Bank account statement with balance for the last 3 months, obtained from the bank with stamp, wet signature and circular of signature, at most 7 days before the application date. 5,000 TL should be calculated for each day you will stay, and there should be a balance of at least 150,000 TL in the bank. Existing foreign currency accounts can be added.

→ When obtaining a full certificate of identity register copy, the "Population Family" option must be selected
→ Certificate of residence
→ In addition to the certificate of residence, a certificate of residence with history must also be obtained
→ Photocopy of title deed and additional income documents, if any (If there is a title deed, it must be obtained via Web Tapu)
→ Certificate of entry and exit to the country turkiye.gov.tr

→ Kurumdan ıslak imzalı ve kaşeli, seyahat tarihlerinin ve kurumdaki görevin açıkça belirtildiği, antetli kağıda konsolosluğa hitaben yazılmış izin yazısı (İngilizce İzin Yazısı (NOC) Örneği)
→ Kurumdan alınmış, kaşeli ve ıslak imzalı son 3 aylık maaş bordrosu
→ İmza sirküleri
→ Faaliyet belgesi (İngilizce yazılmış ve güncel tarihli olmalıdır)
→ Vergi levhası (güncel yıla ait olmalıdır)
→ Sicil gazetesi
→ Kimlik fotokopisi
→ Seyahat dönüşünde en az 6 ay geçerlilik süresi olan pasaport aslı
→ 2 adet 3,5 - 4,5 cm biyometrik fotoğraf (Son 6 ay içinde çekilmiş olmalıdır)
→ Başvuru tarihinden en fazla 7 gün önce, bankadan kaşeli, ıslak imzalı ve imza sirküleri ile birlikte alınmış son 3 aya ait banka hesap dökümü sunulmalıdır. Kalacağınız her gün için 5.000 TL hesaplanmalı ve bankada en az 150.000 TL civarında bakiye bulunmalıdır. Mevcut döviz hesapları varsa eklenebilir.

Consulates operate on an appointment system.
Visa applications can be made no later than 15 days and no earlier than 6 months before the travel date.
Consulates always reserve the right to request additional documents.
It is strongly requested that the submitted documents do not contain missing or false statements and that situations such as previous visa rejections are not hidden from your visa consultant.
Depending on the workload of the consulates, the visa finalization period may be extended.
The processing time for foreign passport holders is a minimum of 15 days.
The authority to issue a visa belongs entirely to the consulates.
There should be no missing, torn or stained pages in your passport!
