My salary slips, bank statements, and workplace documents showing that I have sufficient financial means to finance this trip have been presented in the application file.

Who Can Be a Visa Sponsor?

In Schengen visa applications, consulates only accept first-degree relatives as legal sponsors. For people without regular income;

For students: Mother or Father
For housewives: Employed Spouse

Sponsorship by people such as a fiancé, uncle, aunt, or friend is not accepted by consulates (except for exceptional medical situations) and is a direct reason for visa refusal.

What Documents Should Be Submitted Along with the Sponsor Letter?

It is not enough for someone to write a letter declaring that they are sponsoring you. The sponsoring person must add all their financial and business documents to your file as if they were applying for a visa themselves:

Sponsor's salary slips for the last 3 months and workplace documents (Tax plate, signature circular, activity certificate, etc.)
Sponsor's bank statement for the last 3 months (With sufficient balance to cover the trip, wet-signed and bank-stamped)
Full Detailed Certificate of Identity Register Copy proving the family tie with the sponsor (Obtained via E-government)
Photocopy of the sponsor's ID
