The Russian Federation offers citizens of the Republic of Turkey the opportunity to obtain an Electronic Visa (E-Visa) entirely online without going to the consulate. This visa is ideal especially for short-term tourist trips, business visits, or humanitarian travel.
With an e-visa, you can stay in Russia for a maximum of 30 days per single entry. The visa must be used within 120 days from the date of approval. The application process is entirely digital, takes an average of 4 calendar days to process, and the approved visa is sent to your email address in PDF format.

APPLICATION STEPS
Access the Official Portal
Log in to the official e-visa portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and start filling out the application form.
Personal Information and Photo
Enter your passport information completely and without errors. Upload your digital biometric photo to the system.
Travel Details
Specify your travel purpose (tourism/business/humanitarian), planned entry date, accommodation address, and contact information in Russia.
Approval and Delivery
Your application is usually processed within 4 calendar days. The approved e-visa is sent to your email address as a PDF. Print it out and present it at border control along with your passport.
Important: E-Visa vs. Standard Visa
The e-visa is only valid for stays of up to 30 days. If you are staying for more than 30 days or if you need multiple entries, you must apply for a standard tourist or business visa through the consulate.
